• Prior to the Market starting, we sell booths for the full season and you can either pay in full or hold a spot with a $100 deposit. A kid booth deposit is $50. In order not to forfeit a deposit, the balance must be paid on or before June 1, 2021. Fee’s are NOT refundable. We also offer a weekly fill in option. This is a lottery and we cannot guarantee a space.
• Each booth space is 10’ x 10’- if more than one booth is needed to fit your trailer, tent, etc., you will be charged another booth fee/each 10’x10’ requested
  
  
• Kid/Booth – 5ft space & limited # available – ages 16 & under only – $5/week/booth = $65.00
• Farmer/Grower Booth – CONTACT MARKET TO VERIFY – $20/week/booth = $260.00
  Art-Craft Booth – discounted for seniors over 65 & non-profits – $20/week/booth = $260.00
• Art-Craft Booth – $25/week/booth = $325.00
• Food/Booth – discounted for seniors over 65 & non-profits – $25/week/booth = $325.00
• Food/Booth – packaged items only, CONTACT MARKET TO VERIFY – $30/week/booth = $390.00
• Food/Booth – Dinner items, CONTACT MARKET TO VERIFY – $35/week/booth = $455.00

• (1) Week (or more) notice is requested when you know you will not be at the Market.
• Vendor spaces are assigned by Market Directors and are non-transferable.
• If at the last minute a vendor is unable to attend, you are responsible for contacting us immediately.

• Please Park behind your vendor space. Ask Market Directors for directions.
• Lindley Park Parking lot is for CUSTOMERS ONLY.

Begins at 2:30 pm, selling from 5:00 – 8:00 pm.

• Check-in with Market Directors no later than 4:00 PM.
• Vendors that have not checked-in by 4:00 PM forfeit their space. Market Directors will reassign vendor space for that market.
• Vendors are responsible for their display (tent, tables, chairs, inclement weather tie-down, etc.)
• Enter and exit market area from designated entrances only.
• All cars should be turned off for loading or unloading. Do not park in the middle of the aisles.
• No vendor vehicle entry into the market area after 4:30pm.
• No driving or parking on any grass in the park outside of the designated market area.

• For the safety of patrons and vendors, please do not drive out of the market area prior to 8:15 pm.
• Vendor booths must be packed, stacked, and loaded before you turn on your vehicle.
• Vendors are responsible for cleaning up any waste around your booth area.
• Vendor waste should be separated properly and emptied into market compost or recycle bins.
• Do NOT throw recyclables in the trash. Cardboard should be flattened and stacked next to market recycling containers.
• Vendors are not allowed to drive through the park grass, only drive in/out through the mulched area

Health Department Regulations at the market apply to ALL vendors selling food. You are required to fill out a “Farmers’ Market Health Form” from the Gallatin County Health Department (GCCHD). After receiving confirmation from GCCHD, you will be able to register with the Bozeman Farmers’ Market. Always carry a copy of the form or food service license and make it available on-site at the Market. Contact GCCHD at 406.582.3120.

• WE ARE A ZERO WASTE MARKET! Vendors must only provide containers that are RECYCLABLE AND/OR COMPOSTABLE (bags, utensils, napkins, etc., etc.). There are NO EXCEPTIONS. Contact us for recommended suppliers.
• Products NOT produced in Montana must have a sign stating where they came from.
• Dogs are allowed in the park, but have to be on a leash. Vendors are NOT allowed to bring dogs.
• Electricity and Wi-Fi are NOT available. ONLY Whisper Quiet Generators are allowed and only upon approval.
• Booth Sharing: a maximum of (2) vendors can share one 10’ x 10’ vendor space upon approval.
• We use a rolling selection process:
  • Applications submitted by March 15 receive priority review.
  • Vendor categories are capped to support vendor success; once full, applicants are waitlisted.
  • Final selections will be completed by the end of April.
  • New vendors are encouraged to apply early, even if your setup is still in progress.
• Submissions made in the off season will be reviewed for the next season starting in late February/March.
• A booth space is 10’ x 10’- if more than one booth is needed to fit your trailer, tent, etc., you will be charged another booth fee per each 10’x10’ requested.
• Vendors must volunteer one shift to help the Market Creatives setup or break down the market.
• Selected vendors will receive a contract via email. Space is limited, prompt confirmation is required to secure your spot.

• I have read the Vendor Information and Market Regulations “Conditions of the Show” and agree to abide by said conditions.
• I understand that the Market follows the guidelines of the City of Bozeman’s zero tolerance for bullying and agree to treat fellow vendors, customers & the Market staff and volunteers with respect and courtesy.
• In addition, I do expressly release the Producer (Friends of Parks, Bozeman Farmers’ Market and its staff and volunteers) and the City of Bozeman from any and all liability for any damage, injury or loss to any person, business or property, which may arise.
• I give permission to use my name, business name, slide/image descriptions, item prices, photographs, videotape, or images of my items or of myself for any and all purposes.
• I understand that this Contract is for the safety & success of the Market.
• I realize that if I and or anyone assisting me at my booth do not follow these rules, I forfeit my payment and booth.
